Firefox
I really like Firefox because you can access more than one web site at a time. I clicked on two add-ons but I never got the install box and Firefox will not let me add them again. It was the web browser installed on all the computers in the school district where I used to work. My experience has been that most of the things we are supposed to do do not work exactly as we are instructed. I did find (under tips and tricks) and try the zoom-in feature.

Ah, limits on work computers - I know them well. Always nice though to have a computer at home that's fun to play with.
ReplyDeleteIndeed. I think it's the biggest problem with networked computers - we have to protect the public from download/viruses/themselves sometimes, but it limits what staff can do. And, ideally, in the long run, our patrons should have as much freedom as they can handle....
